Terms and Conditions: 25% deposit required by October 4th for reserved slip selection; deposit non-refundable. Balance MUST be paid by April 1st. Service Charge is 10% per month on any outstanding balance for dockage or services. The regular rate for dockage is $5.00 per foot per day. This reduced rate contract is to rent space for the whole period between May 1 and November 15, 2025 whether or not boat is occupied. If after the contract period your boat remains at the Marina, the regular rate of $5.00 per foot per day will again apply and be due to the Marina unless a new contract is signed with a new reduced rate period. We do not offer dry summer storage. Any boat that is left on land after April 1st will be subject to a fee of $5.00 per foot per day penalty.
2024-25 Winter Dockage
Wet Storage: LOA ______ X $50.00 / foot(a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve; space is limited and full-service customers will receive priority.)
Dry Storage: LOA ______ X $60.00 / foot (a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve; space is limited and full-service customers will receive priority.)
Additional Charges: Winterizing, Washing, Shrink Wrapping (all billed upon completion)
